Security and compliance readiness language

BuildPod OS maintains security and compliance-readiness materials for internal review, customer security review, and future formal compliance work. These materials are not an audit report, certification, legal opinion, or guarantee of regulatory suitability.

Certification status

  • BuildPod OS is not SOC 2 certified.
  • BuildPod OS is not ISO 27001 certified.
  • BuildPod OS does not claim GDPR compliance or CCPA compliance.
  • BuildPod OS is not represented as HIPAA compliant unless a signed BAA and PHI-specific scope are in place.
  • BuildPod OS supports a security/compliance readiness roadmap but does not claim third-party certification.

HIPAA scope

HIPAA is out of scope unless explicitly enabled by contract, BAA, policies, and PHI controls.

Do not enter protected health information. BuildPod OS is not configured for PHI workflows unless a separate HIPAA agreement and configuration are in place.

Security review

BuildPod may provide security-readiness information for customer review. Any stronger compliance representation must be reviewed and approved by BuildPod legal/security leadership.
