• unlawful activity
• unauthorized access
• credential sharing abuse
• security testing or attempts to discover vulnerabilities without written permission
• malware, spam, or phishing
• harassment, threats, or abuse
• intellectual property infringement
• scraping, excessive automation, or automated API harvesting
• reverse engineering except where law allows
• bypassing usage limits
• uploading unlawful or high-risk content
• using the platform to manage illegal or hazardous operations outside permitted business use
• publishing benchmark, availability, security, or performance claims about BuildPod without written consent
• interfering with service performance
• using AI/ATLAS for unlawful, discriminatory, deceptive, or unsafe purposes

Customer remains responsible for safety, supervision, work quality, and legal compliance. BuildPod does not authorize unsafe work.

BuildPod may suspend, restrict, remove content, investigate, or terminate access where needed to protect the service, customers, users, or legal obligations.
